Description
Bentonite is used to enhance ceramic paste plasticity and as an anti-settling agent in ceramic enamels. Bentonite is colloidal, it is typically finer than ball clay, can have huge surface area and active electrolytic which gives extremely high plasticity. Bentonite can produce ace dry strength without much effect on fired color.
